It does not seem at all probable that anyone with the required qualifications will be available locally, and

I have therefore to ask that steps may be taken to secure

the services of a suitable officer for the post at the salary mentioned by Hr. Telfe,

I propose that the reorganisation of the Brigade should take effect from the 1st Jamiary, 1922, and I should be glad if the new Superintendent could be engaged

as soon as possible so as to allow of his arrival here in the early part of next year,
